What You'll Do
- Process and review high volumes of invoices (100+ daily) with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of RECENT experience in accounts payable or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Ability to work 5 days a week in the Bellevue home office.
