Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist – Mid-Level | Tukwila, WA

Overview:

A semi-large, fast-paced organization in the Tukwila area is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in AP operations, ERP systems, and compliance processes to make an impact in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes
Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and vendor payments
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors
Assist with month-end close and audit support
Maintain compliance with SOX and internal controls

Preferred Experience:

3–5 years of relevant AP experience
Hands-on experience with SAP, ERP platforms, and Concur
Familiarity with CRM systems and financial reporting tools
Strong understanding of SOX compliance and documentation
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Requirements:

Must be a local candidate (Tukwila or surrounding areas)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
