We are looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator in Maitland, FL!
Training is onsite and then it will be hybrid (3 days in office).
$20-$25/hour

The AP Coordinator-Disbursement is responsible for the timely settlement of payments to suppliers and vendors. This position is responsible for reconciling vendor statement and determining invoice statuses to facilitate the closure of any. This individual must be a self-starter, well organized, thrive in a team environment, and able to identify and follow through with improvement suggestions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Prepare and schedule timely disbursements.
· Ensure accurate communication with vendor regarding remittance information.
· Ensure vendor discount opportunities are capitalized on payments.
· Prepare vendor statement reconciliations.
· Ensure accurate vendor payment information.
· Assist in year-end audit process.
· Additional special projects as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Ability to work in a team environment.
· Ability to work in fast paced and changing environment.
· Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues of all levels.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills required
