Busy construction company seeks accounts payable specialist. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) & QuickBooks. Bachelor’s degree in accounting (preferred.) At least 3 years experience in a similar role. Responsibilities: This role is vital to our day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. Bank & credit card reconciliation, maintain accurate records. Handle ACH payments & wire transfers. Run & review weekly reports to ensure entries have been properly coded & recorded. Assist with the setup of new suppliers, generating monthly, quarterly & annual statements. Full benefits, 13 paid holidays, 2 weeks PTO (1st year.)
