Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: North Hollywood, CA 91605

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Compensation: $29 - $32/hour DOE
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to process invoices, purchase orders, and payments accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, open to change, and ready to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Work with purchasers to resolve PO and invoice discrepancies.
• Perform 3-way matching (POs, invoices, packing slips).
• Post and code invoices in AS400.
• Maintain and update vendor accounts, W9s, and tax info.
• Set up vendor profiles for paperless billing.
• Prepare checks and generate Positive Pay Sheets.
• File paid invoices and record ACH/wire payments.
• Assist with other accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
• Experience in Accounts Payable or similar role.
• Proficiency with accounting software (AS400 preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Open to learning and adapting to new processes.
