We’re looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk II to join a well-established company in Bakersfield. If you enjoy working with numbers, thrive in a structured environment, and have solid hands-on experience with AP, AR, and general bookkeeping, this is a great opportunity to step into a long-term role with growth potential. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Review and verify invoices, statements, and payment documentation
Reconcile account activity and prepare accurate financial reports
Maintain schedules and financial data within ERP systems
Assist with monthly reporting, audits, and organized documentation
Use accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms
Support the accounting team with additional clerical and finance tasks

Requirements
High school diploma
Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance office (AP, AR, bookkeeping, payroll)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Bilingual in Spanish required for certain assignments
Ability to work on-site full-time
Ability to sit for long periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
Associate degree or coursework in Accounting or Finance
Experience with ERP systems, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar software
