What You Will Handle:
• Full-cycle AP/AR processing that includes invoices, payments, coding, reconciliations, and follow-up on outstanding balances
• Communication with vendors and customers to maintain positive relationships and ensure each transaction is completed accurately
• Daily payment activity such as posting, applying cash, preparing deposits, and keeping aging reports clean and current
• Month-end responsibilities that include account reconciliations, reporting, and contributing ideas that support stronger financial accuracy
• Collaborative problem-solving related to discrepancies, corrections, and process improvements
