We are seeking a detail-oriented AP/AR Specialist to manage our accounts payable and receivable processes. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices, payments, and collections.
Responsibilities:
• Process and verify invoices and payments
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare financial reports and maintain records
• Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing issues
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting preferred
• 2+ years of experience in AP/AR
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
• QuickBooks preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
