Accounts Payable / Payroll Specialist – Immediate Start

Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years AP & payroll experience
Proficient in Excel, Word, and QuickBooks
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly
Responsibilities
Manage cash balances for 11 entities
Process AP: wires, ACHs, checks, 1099s, vendor communication
Support AR as needed
Process biweekly payroll for 3 entities
Prepare payroll journal entries
Manage new hire and termination packets
Maintain employee files, PTO tracking, and benefits enrollment
