Accounts Payable Manager
Location: Onsite – South Easton, MA 02375
Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 annually, plus bonus potential up to 10%
Temp to Perm position.
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager with strong job costing expertise to oversee the full-cycle AP process and support accurate financial management across multiple projects. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process
• Apply job cost coding accurately across all projects (required)
• Coordinate with accounting and billing teams to ensure timely invoicing and proper cost allocation
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and clients regarding project financials and status updates
• Maintain organized project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and cost records
• Process per diem requests
• Process Accounts Receivable refunds
Qualifications
• QuickBooks Enterprise experience (required)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment
Preferred Skills
• Experience with construction accounting principles and job costing
• Familiarity with contract management and change order processes
• Understanding of project lifecycles and field operations
• Detail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in financial reporting
