Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Financial Admin for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Las Vegas, NV. This role supports financial administrative operations for community associations within a residential and commercial real estate environment, with a strong focus on account research, owner records, deposits, correspondence, and accounting system updates.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide financial administrative support for day-to-day community management operations across multiple associations and sub-associations.
- Initiate and respond to member correspondence related to account balances, collection status, returned checks, unsigned checks, and association documents.
- Perform member account research, audits, reconciliations, and updates within the accounting system.
- Process new and resale deed setup, including ownership information updates, parcel records, lot and block numbers, street addresses, assessment accounts, and linked violation accounts.
- Assist with title company closing communications, prepare demand letters, and support ACH input, letters, and permanent file maintenance.
- Coordinate accounts receivable files and collection procedures, including bankruptcy-related documentation and Proof of Claim filing support.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support financial administrative operations for community association management.
- Maintain accurate owner, parcel, assessment, and account information in the accounting system.
- Research, audit, and reconcile member accounts as needed.
- Prepare correspondence, demand letters, deposits, ACH documentation, and collection-related files.

- 3 to 5 years of related accounting, finance administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or community management support experience.
- Experience using OneSite or a similar property management, accounting, or community association software platform.
- Strong understanding of account maintenance, reconciliations, deposits, collections support, and financial recordkeeping.
- Ability to communicate professionally with members, title companies, internal teams, and outside service providers.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage confidential financial information with accuracy and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting HOA, community association, property management, real estate, or construction-related accounting operations.
- Familiarity with deed setup, resale processing, demand letters, owner assessments, and title company closing communications.
- Experience coordinating collection files, bankruptcy documentation, or Proof of Claim filing support.
