Accounts Payable Coordinator – Transportation Industry
A well-established company in the transportation industry is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering stability and growth within a supportive team environment.
Pay: $25–$28/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Bank Deposits
-Handle Invoicing, Cash Reconciliations, Wire Transfers, and Electronic Payments
-Investigate and resolve discrepancies
-Perform 3-Way Matching
-Use QuickBooks and other accounting software
Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (AP experience strongly preferred)
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Proficiency with QuickBooks
