Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AP/AR & Collections Specialist to manage high-volume invoice processing and support our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling 500+ AP invoices monthly, managing receivables, and performing collection activities professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Process 500+ accounts payable invoices monthly with accuracy and timeliness
Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely posting of payments
Perform collection calls and follow-ups on past due accounts
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and reporting
Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve payment issues
Assist with month-end closing and reporting tasks
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in AP/AR and collections
Strong understanding of accounting principles and invoice processing
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
