Accounts Payable Specialist (Temporary) 2-3 months
Property Management Company in Encinitas, CA
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist supporting vendor payments and AP operations within a property management environment. The ideal candidate will have strong invoice processing experience, excellent accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office setting.
Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
Reconcile accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies
Maintain organized and accurate AP records
Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries
Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative accounting tasks
Support the accounting team with additional projects as needed
Qualifications:
Property management experience highly preferred
Minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience with AppFolio, a plus
Strong Excel and data entry skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Must be able to pass a background check
