Position Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support our team on a short-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and timely financial processing.
Key Responsibilities
Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
Ensure timely payment of invoices and financial obligations
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
Respond to vendor and internal inquiries related to payments
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth AP operations
Qualifications
Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills for vendor and team interactions
