• Secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts; resolving discrepancies
• Post Vendor Receivers matching the PO placed by Purchasing.
• Managing, review and process all accounts Payables in Sage 100
• Insure timely and correct payments to all Vendor’s and Service Providers
• Resolve invoice discrepancy matters with Vendor’s through purchasing and directly with the vendor.
• Set up weekly, monthly reports for upper management on payables, overtime, and receivers.
• Insure vendors get the invoices, and bills over to Ap in a timely manner
• Keep up with the daily communication between Accounts payable and all departments and corporate entities.
Experience:
• 5 + year accounting experience
• 2+ years AP / Payroll Experience
• Experience using quick books, Sage100, MAS
• Must have strong telephone skills and experience
• Worked in a B2C environment
• Comfortable, persistent and gracious on the phone
• Must be proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
