Accounts Payable Clerk (Temp-to-Hire)
Located in Carlsbad, CA
Monday-Friday, Full-time, $22–$24/hr DOE
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support day-to-day accounting and administrative functions in a busy office environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable company located in Carlsbad, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Accounts Payable functions
Perform accurate data entry and basic data verification between reports
Create and maintain spreadsheets (Excel)
Scan, file, and organize reports, folders, and accounting documents
Compile paperwork and ensure proper documentation is maintained
Support general accounting and clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Prior recent experience with basic accounting tasks (A/P & A/R)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Comfortable working with reports, files, and electronic documents
Reliable, organized, and able to follow established procedures
