Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle accounts payable processing
Matching invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
Reconciling vendor statements and assisting with month-end close
Communicating with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recent accounts payable experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
