Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Pay Rate: $22/hr


Position Summary:
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation of operational numbers, verifying financial records, and ensuring the accurate recording and tracking of all transactions. This role will collaborate closely with both operational and accounting teams to ensure alignment and data integrity across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform daily reconciliation of operational financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

-Review and verify financial documents and records related to operational activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

-Provide timely financial reporting and data to operational teams to support decision-making and performance tracking.

-Record, monitor, and track all accounts payable transactions accurately in the financial system.

-Assist in the resolution of discrepancies or issues related to vendor invoices, payments, or financial entries.

-Work closely with the accounting team to ensure proper alignment and integration of operational and financial data.

-Maintain up-to-date documentation and support audits or internal reviews as needed.

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.

-1–3 years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or general accounting.

-Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
