Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices and reconcile accounts with precision
Manage weekly check runs and ACH payments
Oversee billing cycles and ensure timely and accurate invoicing
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to support month-end close
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Billing, preferably within logistics or a service-based industry
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms
Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
