Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join the finance team. This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, reconciling receipts, handling weekly check runs, and assisting with office administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Enter and process vendor bills daily
• Reconcile purchase receipts with vendor invoices
• Manage weekly check runs and gather necessary approvals
• Maintain accurate vendor records, including W-9s and billing information
• Respond to vendor inquiries and review statements
• Prepare expense reports for senior management
• Support ad hoc accounting tasks as needed
Skills & Experience:
• Previous high volume accounts payable experience
• Familiarity with general ledger principles
• 2+ years in an accounting or finance support role
• Customer service mindset and administrative support experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (basic formulas, data organization)
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Professional communication skills and a positive attitude
This position have the ability to become hybrid after training.
