Client is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate responsible for accurately processing vendor bills, reconciling purchase receipts, and managing weekly check runs. The role includes maintaining vendor records, responding to inquiries, preparing reports, and supporting senior management with expense submissions. Additional duties include assisting with ad hoc accounting projects and handling general office administration, such as managing mail, supplies, and equipment. The ideal candidate has at least two years of accounts payable or general accounting experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional, customer-focused demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with cloud-based ERP systems like NetSuite are preferred. The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines is essential.
