Incredible position newly available for an Administrative Assistant with some Accounts Payable experience to support the Accounting and Administrative teams at this world renowned real estate organization.

In this position you will perform the following duties:

-Enter utility invoices accurately into the Accounts Payable system
-Track payment status of all utility bills for closed homes using Microsoft Excel
-Perform occasional AP check runs and assist with related documentation
-Maintain organized and up-to-date AP records and invoice files
-Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies

-Assemble and maintain management reports and spreadsheets
-Assist with the preparation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations for management
-Support ad hoc administrative and reporting requests as needed

-Track and manage office supply inventory
-Maintain vendor accounts and ordering portals for Staples, FedEx, and Amazon
-Place orders, reconcile invoices, and ensure timely delivery of supplies
-Act as a point of contact for office-related vendor issues

Required Qualifications

-1–3 years of administrative and/or Accounts Payable experience
-Strong Microsoft Excel skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
-High level of accuracy and attention to detail
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
-Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
