Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience to support daily financial operations. This role is ideal for a dependable professional who thrives in a structured environment and is looking for a long-term opportunity.

Minimum 2 years of Accounts payable / Receivable

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

Prepare, review, and reconcile invoices and payments

Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Reconcile bank and credit card statements

Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding billing and payments

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred (Plus):

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience with QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting systems
