Accounts Payable Accountant

What you will be doing:
• Working alongside one of the partners and other AP personnel
• Processing on average roughly 1,000 invoices a week
• Working with roughly 30 clients with over 200 stores – each are help independently. So working with separate entities, across multiple locations/states with multiple invoices
• Be comfortable working in general ledger for exempt
• Reconcile vendor statements AND credit cards
• They are moving everything to a new software that is focused in restaurant management

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of AP experience
• Proficient and knowledgeable in Excel and Word
• A 10 key data entry assessment is required to have your resume submitted
• Advanced data entry and attention to detail!
• Knowledge of 1099s and subsequent annual documents
• Tech savvy – they are moving everything to a new software (Hubdoc is another software they currently use that links to bills.com / knowledge of file maker)
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and change direction when needed
