Key Responsibilities
As an Accounts Payable specialist, you will:
• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage vendor relationships, including timely communication and issue resolution.
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and process payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting tasks.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
• Strong attention to detail
• and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
