Are you detail-oriented, bilingual in Spanish, and skilled at multitasking? We’re seeking an Accounts Payable/Receptionist Hybrid to support our accounting department and provide front desk coverage when needed. This role combines financial accuracy with exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
You’ll process vendor invoices, handle data entry and filing, and assist with accounts payable tasks while backing up the receptionist for calls and visitor greetings. Your ability to stay organized and communicate effectively will keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and reconcile vendor invoices and payments
• Support accounting department with data entry and filing
• Provide receptionist backup: answer phones, greet visitors
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations
• Assist with administrative tasks and office coordination
