Accounts Payable & Construction Contracts Administrator
Join our team as an Accounts Payable & Construction Contracts Administrator! This role supports accounting and project management by handling invoices, vendor payments, and contract compliance for active construction projects.
Key Duties:
-Process and verify invoices, payments, and credit transactions
-Maintain payment schedules and reconcile vendor statements
-Collect and manage vendor documents (W-9s, insurance, licenses)
-Prepare, review, and track subcontract agreements
-Ensure contract and insurance compliance
-Support audits, month-end close, and reporting
-Provide general administrative support and maintain organized files
Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience in AP and/or contract administration (construction preferred)
-Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Foundation software a plus
-Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
-Requirements: must pass background and drug screening
