Client is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate responsible for entering and processing vendor bills, reconciling purchase receipts with invoices, and managing weekly check runs. This role also handles vendor communications, maintains accurate vendor records including W-9s, and assists with expense reports and ad hoc accounting projects. Candidates should have prior accounts payable experience, a basic understanding of general ledger accounting, and proficiency in Microsoft Office—particularly Outlook and Excel. Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is preferred. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional and customer-focused attitude. Two or more years of relevant experience is strongly preferred.
