~Responsibilities: Fueling Our Success: Process invoices, match them with purchase orders, and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors. A Master of Accuracy: Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies, ensuring all transactions are properly coded and approved.
~Organization is Key: Maintain accurate vendor records, file documents meticulously, and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Team Player: Collaborate with other departments, provide support for audits, and contribute to the overall success of the finance team.
~Qualifications: Energy Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable experience within the Oil & Gas industry is a must!
~Data Whiz: Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy and speed are essential. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with accounting software (e.g., [List specific software if applicable]).
~Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
