We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Accounts Payable Specialist who’s passionate about improving processes and building strong vendor relationships. What You’ll Do:
Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, payment runs, and account reconciliations
Ensure vendor payments are timely, accurate, and aligned with contract terms
Proactively communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and inquiries
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve AP processes and systems
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, finance, and operations teams
Assist with month-end close, audit support, and reporting as needed
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance role
Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP best practices
Tech-savvy and process-minded—you enjoy making systems run smoother
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Excel
Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is an asset
A customer service mindset—you take pride in keeping both vendors and internal partners satisfied
