Position Overview
The Enterprise Financial Services team with a popular Central FL Theme Park is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting/Tax Associate to provide administrative and operational support during the busy Tax Season. This temporary assignment will play a critical role in maintaining workflow efficiency and ensuring timely completion of tax-related tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-volume administrative tasks, including envelope preparation and document scanning
Update internal trackers and assist with W-8 and W-9 verification processes
Provide ticket support and assist with workflow management
Complete Non-SAP template processing
Support C-Blocks and Coupa-related items as needed
Assist with special projects and other tax season priorities
Basic Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Prior administrative experience preferred
Ability to quickly learn and navigate internal systems
