We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accounting Support Representative. In this role, you will learn and support a specialized software designed to meet the payroll, HR, and accounting needs within the Agriculture industry.

What You’ll Do:
- Learn and provide expert support for our payroll, HR, and accounting software
- Troubleshoot issues and guide clients through solutions
- Teach users how to get the most out of our systems
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service and efficiency
Qualifications:
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or degree in progress)
Experience:
- Customer service background
- Accounting and/or payroll experience (agribusiness experience a plus)
Must Have:
- Proficient in MS 365 and internet-based applications
- Knowledge of accounting processes (Payroll, A/P, A/R, General Ledger)
- Ability to quickly learn and teach new software
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal business communication
- Spanish/English bilingual skills a plus
