Accounting Supervisor

About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Delano, CA. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who can oversee accounting operations, with a primary focus on Accounts Payable and ensuring compliance within the FLC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Oversee the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, ensuring
accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure compliance with FLC regulations and industry standards.
Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Assist with audits and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience in an accounting or finance role.
Strong background in Accounts Payable, with experience in the FLC industry preferred.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of FLC compliance and regulations is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
