?? The Role
We’re seeking a Accounting Supervisor to lead the accounting function of a growing aviation services company. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is passionate about financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and team development.
??Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including GL, AR, AP, and payroll
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes and prepare financial statements
- Manage job costing and large-dollar project tracking
- Develop and analyze budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and support external audits
- Leverage advanced Excel skills and ERP systems (Quantum preferred)
? Qualifications:
- Proven experience in financial leadership, preferably in aviation, manufacturing, or project-based industries
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Expertise in job costing and project accounting
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX, pivot tables, etc.)
- Experience with ERP systems (Quantum a plus)
- Excellent time management, communication, and leadership skills
