We are looking to grow our accounting team. We are seeking an individual with a strong accounting background with extensive experience using ADP.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable functions.
-Process invoices, expense reports, payments, and receipts accurately and timely.
-Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
-Maintain vendor and customer records.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
-Prepare and analyze aging reports and financial data related to AP/AR.
-Utilize ADP systems for payroll accounting, reporting, and ledger reconciliation.
-Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Requirements:
-3+ years of experience in accounts payable/receivable
-Strong proficiency with ADP (Workforce Now, Vantage, or similar platforms)
-Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
