We need an immediate Accounting Specialist with strong Sage 100 expertise to support a system transition from QuickBooks Desktop to Sage 100. The team is new to Sage 100 and needs someone to transfer all information from QuickBooks Desktop to the new platform. They need someone who is well experienced working within the program.

Location: Ventura/On-Site
Title: Accounting Specialist (Sage 100)
Type: Temp 2-3 months, can be shorter or longer depending on progress made
Pay: 28-35/hr (send if they require more)
Hours: Part Time or Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist with strong Sage 100 expertise to support a system transition from QuickBooks Desktop to Sage 100. This is a hands-on, project-based role that will run concurrently with day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Support and execute data transfer from QuickBooks Desktop to Sage 100
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data during migration
• Assist with reconciliation and validation of transferred data
• Work alongside internal staff who are maintaining regular accounting operations
• Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance on Sage 100 best practices
• Help streamline processes within the new system

Qualifications
• Strong, hands-on experience with Sage 100 (required)
• Solid accounting background (GL, reconciliations, data integrity)
• Experience with system conversions or data migrations highly preferred, otherwise someone who is well-experienced working within Sage 100
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop is helpful but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented and able to manage priorities in a transitioning environment
