Key Responsibilities
• Enter accounts payable transactions in QuickBooks
• Prepare and post journal entries with proper documentation
• Reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis
• Reconcile monthly loan and mortgage statements
• Enter real estate property management reports and perform reconciliations
• Receive rent payments and prepare bank deposits
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
• Assist with general accounting and administrative support as needed
Qualifications
• Proven experience using QuickBooks
• Understanding of journal entries and general ledger accounting
• Experience with bank and loan reconciliations preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized and dependable with good time management skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Preferred Experience
• Real estate accounting or property management reporting
• Small business or multi-entity accounting environments
