About the Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to step into a high-impact role supporting real estate development and investment operations. You’ll work closely with Accounting leadership and gain exposure to capital projects, contract accounting, and financial reporting—with a clear path to a permanent position.

What You’ll Do
Process, review, and reconcile accounts payable invoices with a high level of accuracy
Track payments against contract commitments, project budgets, and deadlines
Review progress billings, lien releases, and supporting documentation
Communicate with contractors, vendors, and property management teams
Maintain organized project and capital expenditure files

You’ll also contribute to:

Lender draw packages, reporting, and variance analysis
Capital expenditure tracking and funding analysis
Property tax tracking and reporting
1099 processing, W-9 collection, and compliance
Audit support and tax package preparation

What You Bring
Strong Accounts Payable and general accounting experience
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Experience working with contracts, invoices, and project-based accounting
