AppleOne has partnered with a company in Huntington Beach needing an Accounting Specialist. This is a temp-to-hire role.

This will be in their AP department. They will start with coding and account entry of A/P process, help with filing and various A/P research. After they learn the AP process, they will get into more full cycle Accounting.

Must haves: Debits, credits knowledge, bank reconciliations, some G/L and journal entry knowledge a plus. Strong AP and AR and must be able to use Excel. Will enter data into Excel spreadsheets and do reporting.

They will also help with asset schedules and asset input, DMV requirement needs, insurance certificates (will be trained on this).
