Accounting Specialist (Temporary | Onsite)
Location: Chatsworth, CA
Duration: LOA coverage, estimated 3 to 4 weeks

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to provide temporary onsite support during a leave of absence. This role requires a strong multitasker with hands-on accounting experience in a high-detail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process detailed billings and accounts payable entries
Manage online payments and sales tax submissions
Reconcile and break down multiple credit card receipts
Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks 2024
Collaborate closely with another accounting team member onsite
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of accounting experience
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks 2024
