Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general ledger account reconciliations accurately and timely.
• Manage payroll processing, preferably using Paylocity.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support accounts payable/receivable and other accounting functions as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
Qualifications:
• Proven stability in work history with consistent employment.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger and payroll processes.
• Experience with Paylocity is highly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team player with an outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
