We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join a stable and growing team in Irvine, CA. This is a fully onsite role with no remote or hybrid option. The ideal candidate will be local to the area and within a reasonable commute. Reply to Maria today!
What You’ll Do:
Support the accounting team with daily financial operations
Assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and data entry
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
Communicate with internal teams and external vendors as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Required)
3–5 years of accounting experience preferred (no more than 8–10 years)
Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills (Required)
Must be local to Irvine, CA and able to commute daily
Proven reliability and longevity in past roles strongly preferred
High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
