Accounting Specialist

We’re looking for a versatile Accounting Specialist who can support a wide range of accounting functions. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
-Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
-Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations
-Assist with payroll entries and expense tracking
-Support month-end and year-end close activities
-Maintain accurate financial records and reports

Provide general accounting and administrative support as needed

Qualifications:
-2–4+ years of accounting experience
-Knowledge of AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and MS Excel
-Strong organizational and communication skills
