Accounting Specialist
Pay: $24–$30/hr DOE
Location: Camarillo, On-site

About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall accounting function. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end reporting, while ensuring compliance with company policies and deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end close and reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance and accuracy

Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of general accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or as part of a team
