About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist to join our client’s growing team. This position plays a key role in managing accounts payable, processing payments, and supporting financial operations. Responsibilities:
- Accurately process invoices in compliance with company policies
- Prepare and execute weekly check runs and ACH payments
- Process employee reimbursements via Concur
- Reconcile intercompany balances and multiple bank accounts
- Record outgoing ACH payments in the accounting system
- Collect and verify receipts from company credit card holders
- Communicate with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
- Support preparation and filing of sales & use tax and other regulatory reports
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the accounting team

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (BS/BA)
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
