About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team in Anaheim on a temp-to-hire basis. Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate general ledger records
Support payroll processing and track employee expenses
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software
Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred (Bachelor’s a plus)
