A growing and stable company is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join its expanding team. If you're experienced with QuickBooks and Excel, and ready to grow with a supportive company, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily accounting tasks including A/P, A/R, and bank reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
Prepare reports and assist with month-end close processes
Analyze data using Excel functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
Support the accounting team with various administrative duties
Qualifications:
2+ years of accounting experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data formatting)
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Accounting degree preferred but not required
