**Accounting Specialist Opportunity**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for numbers who enjoys ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes
- Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
- Prior accounting experience is a plus
