Required Qualifications and Skills

- 3 to 5 years of accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial data.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.
- Professional communication skills for working with vendors, customers, and internal departments.
- Proficiency with standard office and accounting software.
- Dependable, motivated, and able to work full-time Monday through Friday.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Previous experience in accounting and auditing services or a professional business services environment.
- Familiarity with reconciliations, account research, and month-end support.
- Strong data entry accuracy and comfort working with financial records.
